MY RESPONSBILITES -As Teamlead Equipment Department,-Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team. -Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders. -Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, -Responsible for determining the goals that members will work toward. -Team Coordination and Providing Safe Work Place to Workforce. -Prepared safe work procedures for all jobs-Monitor and evaluate all equipment repairs works. -Implement of all required procedures. -Management of Team to ensure all jobs are being conducted in good supervision. -Tracing and record of department facilities issues to rectify timely. -Ensure issuing Permit to Work (PTW) site activities and equipment work. -Coordination's with Client and Contractor, Sub-Contractor's Equipment Team. -Workshop area Hazardous waste management. -Arranging Safety and Technical Training for Skill Enhancement of workers. -Tracking Sheets (Vehicles, Equipment, Lifting Gears, Safety Equipment, Operators) -Coordination with Area Owner SECMC, and SECMEC HSE to manage HSE Related documents such as (Procedures, Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, Safe Work Instruction as well as all required equipment's checklists)
