1. Preparation of Para wise comments/replies, drafts, etc. related to court matters.
2. Appear act and plead on behalf of Department-PEF in all Courts of Law.
3. Coordinate with Advocate General Offices, District Attorneys’ Offices of Punjab in all cases of Punjab Education Foundation.
4. Conduct of inquiries/disciplinary proceedings, etc as and when referred.
5. Drafting contracts/MOU, Policies, etc. for the departments.
6. Liaison with School Education Department (SED) and departments of PEF for preparation of routine court cases/responses.
7. Filing of recovery suits old loan/employee cases of chronic defaulters.
8. Rendering legal opinion on matters/files referred by the department/management.
9. Coordination and liaison with Regional offices of the Foundation regarding court matters.
10. Take all the necessary steps/actions in all the courts of Law, while appear, act, pleading and contesting of cases, which deem necessary for the best interest of the Foundation.
11. Conduct of personal hearings of the petitioners arising out of court orders.
12. Preparation of draft replies of Audit Paras.
13. Assisting management and compilation of different inquires/investigations and drafting reports.

1. Reporting to Manager Human Resource/HOD.
2. Well versed with Labor Laws /handling all labor related matters/court issues, etc.
3. Correspondence and coordination with Federal & Provincial Government departments regarding various official matters.
4. Employee compensation & benefits (Health & life insurance, EOBI, PESSI etc).
5. Maintains Human Resource staff personal files, data, records, etc.
6. Managing leaves and attendance/biometric system record of all employees.
7. Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance, show cause notices, resignation and other HR related routine issues.
8. The Punjab Employees Efficiency Discipline and Accountability Act (PEEDA-2006) cases handling.
9. Dealing of day to day matters of HR & its functions.
10. Employee orientation, Socialization, trainings, etc.
11. Any other task assigned by the management.
1. Direct reporting to General Manger Carrefour/ Hyperstar.
2. Weekly meeting with all store Department Heads and taking minutes of meeting.
3. Assisting to G.M in setting sales budget/targets and achieving with team work.
4. Coordinating with official foreign delegation/visitors during Carrefour /Hyperstar visit.
5. Travelling arrangements for GM in various meeting within & outside the country.
6. Complaint handling and providing direct feedback to the valuable customers and presenting progress report to GM.
7. Strong check and control for, JIT and Food Hygiene upon directions of GM.
8. Assisting GM for various interviews, inquiries and in quarterly inventory of the Carrefour.
9. Keep strong follow up on housekeeping & security staff to compliance store SOPs.
10. Any other task assigned by the General Manager Carrefour.
1. Direct reporting to Territory Manger (TM) looking after 6-7 Branches of KFC.
2. Overall operation handling, along with Recruitment & selection, T&D.
3. Ensure International Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) & DC LAS.
4. Performance management and appraisal of the staff.
5. Setting and controlling overall sales, budget and marketing strategies of the branch.
6. Making payroll on monthly basis using Labor MATRIX system.
7. Conduct different sessions/training & workshops on SOS, HWWT, CM+ etc.
8. Providing trainings on Safety, Hygiene, Customers at the Cross Road etc.
9. Customer complaint handling via using LAST mechanism and SIEBAL system.
10. Coordinate and communication with RSC (Head office) in routine matters.
11. Closing branch with all safety precautionary measures and cash handling/transfer to banks.
