Job Description:
 Monitoring the sales and analysing the market trends
 Coordination with different departments/divisions for effective implementation of business strategy to achieve corporate goal
 Command on various decision support tools including Pax-IS, D.S.S, Citrix etc.
 Conducting market studies for route planning and preparation of analysis for higher management
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
 Gather data on competitors and analyse their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
 Station Performance Analysis - Measuring performance against KPIs including market share utilization, revenue and various cost components
Key Achievements:
 Preparation of Annual Operating Plan based on the inputs provided by different departments i.e. Corporate Planning, Regional and Revenue Management, Engineering, Finance and Management
 Assigns target to the stations (month-wise) based on the Operating Plan and Seasonality & monitors the target and perform Variance analysis based on the actual results (Performance Evaluation)
