• Accomplish highest level of ownership of customer issues and escalations along with strong follow ups along with providing feedback to customer.
• Contribute towards new sales, up-selling VAS and cross selling targets.
• Floor greeting and channelizing the customers.
• Opening and closing of counters along with inventory and cash handing over and take over.
• Making sure that all the aims and quality standards of current policies and procedures, promotions and products offered to Ufone customers.
