RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Ensure that the company's rules and policies are followed, while working on a health and safety project.
 Constantly inspects the job site for the purpose of discovering unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and exert to correct the same before they can cause accidents.
 Ensure that the workplace possesses an ideal and safe work environment to protect the health of the staff and visitors.
 Always keep in touch with all workers to remind safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Daily per job briefing (Tool Box Talk) to work crew regarding specific work.
 Monitoring work activities to evaluate compliance with safe working procedure & rectification of non-compliance.
 Daily site visual inspection & share HSE related observation to concerne department for correction.
 Reporting & recording of accident/incident/near miss to HSE department to prevent reoccurrence.
 Inspection of safety related accessories (PPE’s, safety harness, SCABA etc.) to evaluate their reliability.
 Inspection of heavy equipments to check their safe working condition.
 Assist while preparation of safety related documents (JSA’s, risk assessments, emergency response plan etc.)
 Bring safety initiatives to enhace worker’s participation in safety & to improve safety culture.
 Conduct training Need analysis to find out workers training needs.

PROJECT : Replacement of 3 northern pipelines

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Daily site inspection work.
 Reporting unsafe condition to Site Supervisor or Senior Management.
 Educating workers Safety Work habit.
 Conducting tool box talks and weekly safety meeting.
 Keeping record of all safety meetings.
 Keeping record of all incident reports, property damages, MVA, and other investigation reports.
 Checking field safety, PPEs of the workers.
 Checking safe work plan and work permits.
 Inspection of all Electrical / Mechanical Equipment at site for the compliance of safety.
 Inspection of all Hot works activities, Fire Extinguishers and Machine conditions.

 Devise and implement policies pertaining to Environment, Health & Safety.
 Provide support to already implemented operational systems and ensure high system availability.
 Plan and implement Emergency Preparedness Plan and Risk Management procedures.
 Initiate Awareness campaigns to create a difference to achieve Goals in the organization.
 Close super vision to the high risk involve activities.
 Investigation of accident and incident. Analyses and provide control measures to recurrence.
 Ensure all the employees contractors and sub-contractors having sufficient training to execute activates safely.
 Responsible for full implementation of the safety policy.
 Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
 Ensuring Permit to Work Systems is adhered.
 Inspection to Locate Unsafe Conditions of workplace.
 Make daily inspections to the workers if they are in prescribed safety outfit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Ensure that all employees having PPE.
 Daily safety inspections of site to identify the unsafe behavior and unsafe condition of work.
 Scaffolding inspection to ensure that they are made as per the applicable standard and specification.
 Inspection of PPE and all safety equipment such as, safety harness, fire extinguisher, etc. to ensure their reliability.
 Make awareness among the workers.
 Closely monitor scaffolds erection/dismantling, work permit require confine space entries, crane rigging/lifting operation, excavation, similarly hazardous activities and ensure that all relevant requirement are complied with.
 Check safe work plan before starting job.
