Currently, working as an Assistant production manager  where, I am managing Production, Operation, Planning, Maintenance and Quality related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Production planning according to the monthly tentative demand.
·         To manage work force to achieve production targets with effective utilization of labors and machine resources.
·         Responsible for the preparation and revision of SOPs.
·         To ensure the timely availability of material for manufacturing and timely availability of Powder for packing to increase the productivity and efficiency.
·         Maintaining the daily and monthly production record.
·         Review production of the day/shifts to identify the shortfall reason and plan corrective and preventive actions.
·         Responsible for various project installations.
·         Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met by our process.
·         Determining quality control standards.
·         Selecting, ordering and coordination with purchase department to maintain the inventory of engineering store.
·         Organizing the repair and routine maintenance schedule of production equipment.
·         Supervising the work of junior staff.
·         Organizing relevant training sessions.
·         Ensuring to work as per 5S standards.
·         Performing of work activity analysis, to reduce the manufacturing cost and labor efforts.

Worked as a Consultant on LABSA 90% Plant, where I have put my efforts in the Design, Erection, and in the Operation of Plant.
Key Responsibilities: 
·         Layout the Plant Design and Civil structure.
·         Coordinate with Mechanical department for Design, Erection and Fabrication of Plant.
·         Selection of mechanical material and equipment.
·         Selection of chemical reagent, instruments and laboratory glass ware for
 testing of finished product and raw Material.
·         Developed SOP’S relevant to Operation, Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Worked as a Shift Engineer at LABSA 96% Plant in the Operation Department. Moreover, I had worked at Labsa 90% Plant as Production Incharge and in Quality Control Department.
Key Responsibilities: (LABSA 96%)
·         To ensure continues production of the products i.e. LABSA 96% to achieve the monthly target effectively.
·         To ensure quality up to the standard specifications of the product.
·         Safe & secure Startup & shutdown of the plant.
·         To handle and control all the troubleshooting during the shifts.
·         To ensure availability of raw materials for the product and to keep records of the production, raw material as well as plant parameters & operating conditions.
·         To communicate with the upper management to the lower management as well as all the departments directly or indirectly related to the plant in any case for continues & quality production.
·         To apply my expertise and engineering knowledge for the modifications and optimization of the plant.
