Main responsibility To assist the consultant in preparing GBV referral system for the twelve districts of Sindh. Tasks details1. Preparing a list of all the service providers in the twelve targeted districts in Sindh based on digital directories (published in the last five years) of GBV, SEA/SH, VAC, at police department, women development department, women/child protection cells, and social welfare department national and international NGOs.2. Through digital search, identify the service providers who have at least 2 years of experience and presently active in providing any type of above mentioned services.3. Based on this list, digitally contacting them from the desk to gather the information required as per pro-forma shared by the World Bank.4. Compilation and categorization of data as per type of services or/and districts wise details5. Scheduling the meetings on phone, with these service providers to be conducted in their respective offices during the field visits. 6. Assisting in field planning itinerary, lacations/addresses7. Accompanying field visits for verification of information collected through digital sources.8. During field visit and meetings, filling out the pro-forma and audio recording of the discussion/interview9. Recording of the field observation 10. Transcription of data acquired from field visits.11. Booking keeping and petty cash/accounts handling12. Assisting in inception and final report writing 13. Formatting and proofreading of the reports

Case Management for Individual Children and their FamiliesAs caseworker I would provide quality case management services to children who have experienced or are at risk of violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation or are otherwise vulnerable in line with the available Sindh Case Management Guidelines.Guide children and their families through the case management process (identification and registration, assessment, case planning, implementation of the case plan, follow-up and review, and case closure) as outlined in the Case Workers Manual (part of the above guidance)Provide psychosocial support and emotional support to children and families throughout the case management process.Conduct safe referrals to essential services as appropriate, and follow up to ensure services provided were responsive to the needs identified within the assessment.Community and Interagency CoordinationLiaise with community members, service providers, NGO partners, and government stakeholders to identify and safely refer children at risk.Maintain an up-to-date service mapping for your geographical area in collaborationwith the team.Participate in inter-agency case conferences (presentation of cases and dissemination of challenges).Case Management TeamworkActively engage in all capacity-building opportunities, including formal training, shadowing/observation, capacity assessments, etc.Participate in regular case management meetings with the case management team.Prepare for and participate in regular structured individual supervision sessions, identifying challenges and areas for development.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To work in nutrition in flood affected population (relief camps and communities) 2. To carryout Anthropometric Measurements (MUAC) of all target beneficiaries (children 6-59 months and Pregnant/Lactating Women) as per CMAM guidelines. 3. To register the identified children with severe acute malnutrition in as per CMAM Nationals per simplified guideline. 4. Follow up of SAM and MAM children as per the simplified guideline. 5. Provides micronutrients to the targeted children 6-59 months. 6. Refers too thin children and MAM/ SAM with complications to Nutrition Stabilization Centers, with following after getting discharged from NSCs. 7. Enrolls and treat the children who are treated and discharged from NSCs 8. Deworms children 13 to 59 months as per protocol 9. Screening of Pregnant and lactating mother with MUAC for malnutrition and provides MMS/ IFAS to PLWs and Adolescent girls 10. Deworms PLWs and adolescent girls as per protocols. 11. Refer the pregnant women for antenatal care, delivery and family planning and children for immunization. 12. Works with close coordination with health and other departments and partners working in the district 13. Documents the services on MIS tools on regular basis 14. Prepare and share reports on daily/ need and monthly 15. Assist the district coordinator in writing reports, case studies etc. 16. Provides good pictures of the activities of the projects for reports, papers etc. 17. Perform any other duties requested by the immediate supervisor
Quality of Education: Ensures that all schools in the cluster continue to deliver the best quality of education. Maintains a stringent follow up on quality indicators on the dashboard particularly internal and external assessment data, and works with the District Manager to plan for improvement for all schools, and remediation of underperforming schools. School Visits and Principal Meetings: Aim to visit each school at least twice every month for formative school visits. Moreover, organize cluster-based meetings of principals each month to go over the dashboard and track school progress. The CM will also record SVF findings in the School Management App. Principal Training: Uses the data and insights from working with schools to develop a training needs analysis, which is shared with the Education Manager. Moreover, uses the same insights to plan additional training for all head teachers in the district in collaboration with the other cluster managers Academic Resource Management: Works with the DM to ensure that all academic resources including textbooks, teacher guides, supplementary materials and supplies are available in the school in a timely manner and per school requirements. Access: Ensures that the school culture is positive and welcoming, and students of all backgrounds feel included. Moreover, works with the principal and staff on creating an engaging space and structuring learning experiences that will motivate students to enrol and stay in school. Academic Planning: Work with the head teachers to develop the school management and improvement plans. Conduct follow-up meetings after each examination to assess progress in relation to school targets and revise strategy where needed. Teacher Training: Works with the head teachers to identify the training needs of teachers. Helps connect the head teacher to relevant content already available, or escalates the need for additional content development to the Education Manager. Asses
