Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and up to date and accurate staff records on SAP.
Conduct Exit interviews of candidates who are resigning.
Preparing all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment of salary, promotion, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
Maintaining and regularly updating Master data base SAP of each employee.
Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Responsible for processing payroll for 150 employees on semimonthly basis.
* Responsible for performing duties such as candidate Recruitment and reference checks.
* Programs Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
* Perform HR duties including employee’s Benefits, deductions, Billing, termination, leave of absence, compensation and incentives.
* Employees benefit administration including streaming lined processes, enrollments, and termination.
* Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
