1. Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at district level using WHO tool according to schedule, either individually or in coordination with district Polio-Eradication Officer as advised
2. Update the assessment tool findings as instructed
3. Timely conduct a measles campaign readiness assessment at the UC level using the WHO tool according to schedule, either individually or in coordination with PEI staff in as many UC as possible.
4. Assist DPEC and DHMT in assigning UC-level PEI staff or other eligible individuals to conduct UC-level periodic readiness assessments using the WHO tool.
5. Compile UC-level assessment findings in the district dashboard and present them to the DPEC and DHMT for review and corrective action.
6. Share the filled district dashboard with the provincial NPO/TO-EPI and Measles consultant on time.
7. Monitor the quality of preparatory activities (trainings and orientations, management meetings, ACSM activities, waste management, AEFI management, data management, etc.) conducted at the district, tehsil, and UC levels using the prescribed tools and share the findings with DPEC, DHMT, the Provincial NPO/TO, and the Measles Consultant.
8. Conduct Rapid Convenience Assessment (RCA) using prescribed tool during Measles campaign as per guideline
9. Conduct supervision of the measles campaign using observers’ checklist as per guideline
10. Coordinate with DPEC and DHMT for recording and follow-up of minutes of meetings held at district level for Measles campaign
11. Assist in coordination with DPCR for facilitating smooth field data collection on time and reporting at higher level
12. Assist in reviewing monitoring and supervision reports of 1st and 2nd level supervisors, identify inconsistencies and missing data for correction and compile the results and present to the DPEC, DHMT and province.
13. Assist in district, tehsil and UC level activities e.g. Trainings of health workers and supervisors, doctors, volunteers, advocacy meetings etc. and prepare reports
14. Assist in making distribution plan for vaccine and logistics from district to service points. This includes but is not limited to ensuring that all required supplies are available at service points on time before the campaign start date.

Third-Party Verification (EPI) Coverage Survey:
Lead and coordinate the third-party verification process for the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) coverage survey.
Collaborate with survey team members to ensure the systematic and accurate assessment of immunization coverage.
Data Collection:
Oversee the comprehensive data collection of all children under two years within the district.
Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure representative and unbiased results.
Ensure the utilization of standardized tools and methodologies for data collection.
Focus on Immunized Children:
Prioritize the identification and documentation of immunized children throughout the district.
Implement strategies to identify gaps in immunization coverage and address them effectively.
Regular Data Collection and Reporting:
Establish a regular schedule for data collection and reporting activities.
Supervise the team in consistently collecting and recording data on immunization coverage.
Compile and analyze collected data, generating comprehensive reports for submission to the District Health Officer and Provincial Office.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership to the survey team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members regarding data collection and survey methodologies.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of data collection processes to identify and address any discrepancies.
Stakeholder Engagement:

8. Mobilize, coordinate, and monitor the nutrition activities of healthcare providers (LHVs and FMTs) and health workers (LHWs and LHSs) and partner organizations implementing nutrition projects in the target areas.
9. Undertake at least 3 field visits in a week on a regular basis and duly report to the District Department of Health and Provincial Program Coordinator on findings and develop strategies and recommendations for improvement in the nutrition programs.
