As a Branch Manager, I perform following duties:Promote economic growth of rural communities by enhancing the availability of Agricultural Credit to the farmers at the door step.
Provide technical assistance to the farmers for better agriculture and to establish small and medium sized agricultural enterprises.
Manages and supervises Branch employees and Co-ordinate all the branch and field activities through my team; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
Prepares financial statements and analysis for branch.
Maintains and oversees all banking procedures and processes.
Overseeing approvals of Agricultural loans, lines of credit, and other fiscal plans.
Assisting with customer service and satisfaction.
Records and researches all financial information for analysis.
Oversees budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
Verify relevant revenue records.
Advises on procedures and financial management as well as developing proposals.
Oversees financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to branch finance.
Perform branch level procurement function.

Being Mobile Credit Officer of the Bank, I was responsible for Disbursement of small, medium and long terms agricultural loans under different schemes to potential farmers, Preparation of customized agricultural business plans and economic reports for each farmer and loan case in order to assist farmers to set up their profitable businesses like Dairy Farms, Poultry Farms and Cattle farms, Dissemination of basic agriculture and agribusiness knowledge to farmers via formal and informal meetings and training. Besides that, I had to aid farmers in marketing their produce to get maximum return and recovering due installments back from farmers at the time of harvest. I was also liable to perform other duties assigned to me time by time by higher management.
