Brief Job Description : • Preparation of profit & loss statement and assessment of monthly financial reports.
• Maintaining accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts.
• Preparing fixed asset schedule of assets in possession and calculation of depreciation.
• Analyzing sales policies to ensure maximum sales by reviewing past years practices/data.
• Regions (Branch Offices) audit time to time and at end of Financial period.
• Coordination with Store/Logistics department to ensure timely supply& availability of stock in good condition.
• Preparation of different reports including sales, collection, recoveries as required by management.
• Responsible for overall running of accounts smoothly.
• Managing suppliers’ payments by coordination with finance department.
• Training of newly recruited accountants.
