Roles & Responsibilities:
• Directing, planning, coordinating & controlling all production related functions in carrying out company’s manufacturing objectives within set standards for timely compliance of all sales demands in the most cost effective manner.
• Assist Directors in developing and implementing process improvement strategies and creatively solving process related problems.
• Monitoring and developing improvements to current processes to yield cost savings, quality improvement and/or overall increase efficiency.
• Assist the Directors in realizing process improvements or implementing process changes.
• To assess, recommend and ensure plant facilities and support services timely up-gradation, to match future marketing need and sales growth.
