Project: Golf City Bahria Town Karachi Phase II & III
Project Area / Value: 7500 Acres, Over 10 billion Pakistani Rs
Project Scope: Housing Development, Construction of Infra Structure including all utility services, Roads, Culverts, Drains, Cross Drains and sleeves.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Preparing Project Initiation documentation.
• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
• Managing and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
• Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
• Expedite all shop drawings and approvals
• Monitor and maintain project work schedule on weekly basis.
• Ensure completion and track of all independent tasks, testing and inspections as required.
• Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.

Supervise Planning team and closely work with the Technical team, Organise to prepare Construction Programmes, Recovery Plan and Extention of Time proposals.

Project Scope: Construction of Theme Park including Carparking and Utilities

Specific responsibilities:
• Organise to establish start and end date commensurate with contractual clauses and prepare Construction Programme.
• Identify each component of work and prepare planning schedule.
• Coordinate with field engineers to record actual progress of each task and submit factual status to management.
• Responsible for managing and leading Junior Planning Engineers delegate tasks and review reports etc.
• Coordinate and attend weekly, monthly project progress meeting with consultants and clients.

Responsible for working closely with the Project & Planning Manager on various project sites, supervising and monitoring construction sites, updating plans, preparing progress reports and acting as a central point of contact.

 Supervise Project sites, including in house & external contractors and subcontractors.
 Carrying out site visits and surveys.
 Monitoring contractor site activities and contractor site staff against health and safety regulations.
 Identifying, analysing, prioritising, communicating and mitigating project risks and potential problems.
 Reviewing and updating Project plans as required ensuring completion of projects on time with the use of Primavera 6
 Managing and Monitoring project stages and site supervision of the Civil Inspectors, material engineers and inspectors.
 Proactively coordinating projects and acting as a central point of contact.
 Preparing site progress reports, including variance analysis, attending meetings and competently communicating with contractors, major asset owners and stakeholders.
