Preparation of Disbursement Schedules and S-curves for the Project(s).
• Analyze the critical activities in the project.
• Monitor day to day work progress and preparing the weekly, monthly and Quarterly progress reports.
• Manpower and equipment calculation, Histogram preparation.
• Review on a monthly basis, or whenever requested, the progress of the Contractor, evaluate the percentage complete of each activity as indicated in the Contractor’s Schedule and review such percentage with the Contractor.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and any potential or actual delays / bottlenecks / problems which may affect the overall completion and provide recommendations for suitable mitigation measures,
• Reviewing / Analyzing the Contractor’s Baseline and Recovery Schedules for the Project(s).
• Progress review meeting with Contractors and client at site.

Planning, Scheduling & Cost-Control of 4320 MW Dasu Hydro Power Project

•Generating Different Construction Schedules on MS Project, Primavera and MS Excel.
•Preparation of Disbursement Schedule for the Project(s).
•Updating and Revising Different Schedules Prepared for the Construction.
•Periodically updating Schedule to include Scope change, latest progress and delivery information.
•Preparation / Verification Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Colony Buildings and Roads of the Project(s).

•Preparation of Maps with help of global Mapper, Google Earth and AutoCAD etc.
•To collect requisite field data to assess the existing system adequacy, condition and identification of infrastructure needs of utility for future.

•Cost Analysis and Quantity Estimation.
•Preparation and supervision of the AutoCAD section and finalizing the drawings
•Estimation & Mapping of Catchment Area of Major Drains flowing across the city and Preparation of Sub-Catchments and Drainage Districts for different disposal points.
•Lead a team of surveyors and other technical staff during Field Investigation Survey.
