Responsibilities
 To check and maintain the quality of the manufacturing cables and conductors on manufacturing line.
 To manage the operations of Quality Control Inspectors.
 To perform all type of routine tests on conductors and cables.
 Perform all tests of copper (Hard Drawn and Annealed Copper)
 Perform all tests of PVC. (Routine Tests, Sample tests and Type Tests)
 Perform all tests of XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene)
 Perform tests of LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
 Perform all Final Testing on Cables after manufacturing.

Network Operation Center (NOC)
 Broad Band Service Desk Support Center (NOC).
 Remotely access the switches and troubleshooting (Telnet).
 Configuring &troubleshooting the switches according to trouble ticket using BNCC and AAA and Support Portal.
 Managing the HSI VLANs, Monitoring of BRAS(s).
 Worked on PTCL Network (Huawei, ZTE and Alcatel).
 Worked with Huawei, ZTE and Alcatel on Trouble Tickets.
 Handled Trouble Tickets with the help of Oracle CRM.
 Worked with National NOC for Network Monitoring and Support.
 Work on LMT Huawei Soft switch & ZTE DSLAM/MSAG and Huawei DSLAM/MSAN Switches NGN ZTE Switches, ZTE Net Numen U31 Client NMS, ZTE ZXSS10 Management System.
 Work in UMS Media for PTCL Smart TV live flickering/scrambling.
