Prepare a comprehensive plan for continuous monitoring, evaluation, and action (M&E) of routine immunization campaign activities. Orient key stakeholders to align with strategic priorities and define realistic M&E activities.
Create and regularly update M&E tools to ensure consistent and accurate data monitoring. Implement protocols for data integrity and completeness, and conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain high-quality data. Track and ensure the timely implementation of monitoring activities.

Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at district level using the WHO tool according to schedule individually or in coordination with the district Polio Eradication Officer as advised
Timely conduct measles campaign readiness assessment at the UC level using WHO tool according to schedule individually or in coordination with PEI staff in as many UCs as possible
Assist DPEC and DHMT in assigning UC level PEI staff or other available eligible individuals to conduct UC-level periodic readiness assessments using the WHO tool
Compile UC level assessment findings in the district dashboard and present them to the DPEC and DHMT for review and corrective action
