Provided Support to our customer for Mobile Financial Services project currently deployed in Telenor Pakistan (Easy paisa Project).
Responsibilities include:
1) Resolution of Trouble Tickets according to the agreed SLA.
2) Take up escalated issues with back end Support.
3) Performed regular health checks of the system
4) Troubleshooting customer network issues and Carry out sanity tests before and after change requests.
5) End-to-end configuration of nodes/applications for monitoring alarms, events and traffic trends on OpenNMS.
6) Develop scripts for collecting performance metrics using different logs

In this tenure, I am in a Security Operation team at SPSNET. At SPSNET, we give support MyEyeDr Company Database in analyzing or monitoring threats. Here we use the IBM software package QRadar.
In addition, I am also involved in the implementation / configuration and management of SIEM environments and working on Guardium for database, which ensures the integrity of information and automates compliance controls across heterogeneous environments.
1) QRadar sizing, installation, Implementation / Configuration

Made Property Dealer (Real State) Application and its reports.
* Giving different permission to admin and users.
* Made Trial version application.
