• Manage vendors to maintain an efficient cost base and maximise profitability for the account without impacting service delivery standards.
• Lease with business stakeholders on operational delivery to ensure the business users are effectively and efficiently supported by the FM operations team.
• Coordinate and report on all FM operations to the in country and international account teams
• Manage day to day EHS on all sites to ensure legal and international standard compliance
