• Uploading of articles to the website and proper control on the inventory flow also replenishing of articles.
• Managing social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp & Live chat.
• Manage and reconcile courier payments with accounts
• Conduct courier costs and performance analysis weekly
• Automate all weekly and monthly reports
• Ensure team members are in sync with other departments and the Company’s overall vision
• Initiate replenishment and off-racking as per findings of inventory.
• Follow up on pending (receiving and dispatch) with warehouse, stores and couriers.
• Main responsibilities are to communicate with the customers via telephone and emails
• To coordinate with client, solicitors and broker with in the business and ensure high level of communications quality and to produce business.
• To assist clients for their accident claims and to maintain the cliental data orderly.
• With proper assessment of the file aspects according to the claims management maintain the file and approve the file with the help of managers.
• Provide high level of customer services and negotiate with other organizations.
