Business Intelligence and Project Coordinator
Project: C-EIR (DIRBS) - Device Identification Registration and blocking System. (Project of Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, PTA)
• Integration of DIRBS project with Telecom Operators in Pakistan (Jazz, Telenor, Ufone and Zong).
• Execute daily development administration and changes in an end-to-end VMware virtualization tools.
• Installation, Configuration, Up-gradation of PostgreSQL 9.5/10 database.
• Configuration of Master/Slave Replication and Logical Replication for Data Consistency and take Incremental Backup and Restoring as per company Policy.
• Installation and Configuration of Pg_Pool for session pooling and load balancing, Barman to implement disaster recovery solutions.
• Implementation of RLS on tables for specific user management and Privileges on tables and databases as per company Policy.
• Authenticating techniques using SHA-256 and MD5 for password authentication.
• ETL tools used to extract, store and load data of operators into database for analysis of project parameters.
• Use of SQL, No-SQL, RDBMS systems (SQL Server, DB2 etc.) to gather insight of Operators data.

• Terminal/Network Equipment Technical Assessment Engineer for device Import/Use in Pakistan.
• NOC Issuance (Commercial & Personal) upon the technical validation of device with GSMA.
• Made document Technical Standards Regulations for Radio Frequency, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Specific absorption Rate and Terrestrial Devices followed for Type Approval worldwide.
• Special Project: C-EIR (DIRBS) - Device Identification Registration and blocking System.
Centralized EIR (DIRBS): PTA is developing a centralized EIR system (DIRBS). The system will provide MNO’s, Customs, OEMs the ability to check, identify, monitor and discourage the import of devices into the country through grey channel.
- Responsible for the management and integration of the project from administrative perspective.
- Working with different cross-functional teams of Operators, Government Departments and Consultants for Development and integration of Project.
Technical Project Member
• Designed simulation of Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) and backup plan of satellite under the memorandum of FAST University and SUPARCO.
