Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing field operation teams of Engineers, DG Techs, AC Techs, & riggers in their operational activities & providing technical support for smooth network operations.
Ensuring 24/7 Network availability & achieve TCH/BTS monthly availability targets & ensure 100% KPIs to achieve regional targets.
To control & reduce High Fuel and High billing sites by auditing and implementing corrective & preventive measures to achieve regional targets.
To control and resolve Fuel theft and electricity theft at sites by auditing & implementing corrective & preventive measures.
To monitor and audit site PMs & DG PMs to minimize Telco & Non-Telco fault ratio.
To monitor service effecting alarms in network and their timely escalation to field teams and follow-up for their resolution & rectification.
To monitor degradation in TCHA/BTSA/NodeB/eNodeB and implementing corrective & preventive measures for their resolution and rectification.
To ensure spares availability in regional warehouse and reconciliation of monthly issuance.
Checking RSL report and resolution of high RSL and MW service effecting alarms.
To ensure PM Progress and perform random audits to check the PM/CM quality.
Ensuring the availability of Spares, Manpower and resources to execute all the tasks efficiently.
Analyzing the T-Prime cases and ensuring timely resolution.
Fault management and Root cause analysis for major outages in Network.
Coordination with RAN & Commercial teams for complaints and their resolution.
Coordination with OMOs for site access and resolution of issues by mutual understandings.
Close follow-up of operational issues (Site down, Node down, eNodeb down, Cell down, AC issues, DG issues) & ensure to resolve it within agreed SLA & issuance of Hardware from WH for its resolution and follow-up of faulty returnable items as per policy.
Ensuring TT closure within time & 100% TT closure to achieve regional target.
Checking customer complaints and implementing corrective measures for their resolution.
Ensuring timely completion of Site PM, DG PM & AC PM.
Identification of high fuel consumption and high billing sites & ensure to implement solution to control Opex in terms of DG utilization and Electricity bill reconciliations.
