Address any issues with late or missing shipments or expected deliveries.
Responsible for rider’s pickup and deliveries and ensuring that the standards of FedEx are being met.
Receiving, sorting and dispatching passports according to their cities from UK VAC (Visa Application Centre).
Making report of outstation shipments.
Making operations overview report on daily basis to avoid any discrepancies.
Reconciling cage of hold shipments twice a week.
