- Preparation / maintain of ledgers of all bank accounts on Excel sheet, manual as well as on quick book.

- Assist to provide all / any document required by various stakeholders like FBR, PCP, SECP.

- Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets.

Fulfilling the project role within the Administration Department, responsible for supporting a range of Govt. related projects and NGO’s related projects; report to the Director Administration.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Punjab Skill Development Fund (PSDF), Louis Berger Project Punjab Youth Workforce Development Program (PYWDP) & National and Vocational Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) projects.
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
- Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
