• Responsible for ensuring and monitoring data control through ERP.
• Responsible of execution of order at each stage and expedite them as per shipment
• Responsible for follow up Samples
• Responsible for Correspondence with marketing department regarding order status and order revisions, approvals etc. reconciliation.
• Responsible to find shortages of raw material/Packing Material according to monthly plan and manage them accordingly.
• Coordination with inter department in order to get better work flow.
• Share suggestion to make ease in operating ERP.Making Purchase orders.
• To plan vendor evaluation before purchasing of any raw material from new vendor.
• Classify local & import material as per production plan
