• Responsible for ensuring businesses run smoothly. Preside over facilities management, allocate office space, oversee mail department, materials scheduling, and other facets of organization.
• Housekeeping of Head Office, that include the security measures, day-to day trouble shooting of working employee, renovation plan of office, to plan the employee welfares programs.
• Manage the budget control system for administrative expenses.
• Monthly / Annually administration budget report.
• Liaising with member of the senior management.
• Dealing with complex queries and complaints on the telephone, by email and in person.
• Meeting with senior managers to review office performance,
• Devising and conducting induction programs.
• Ordering office furniture for Head office and branches.
• Organizing office maintenance and repair work.
• Arranging for safety equipment to be tested on a regular basis.
• Reviewing and updating safety policies.
• Visiting all Branches to resolve their problems and administrative audit.
• Co-ordination with Govt. department for resolving office matters.
• Co-ordination with all branches and problem resolving.
