-Recruiting staff for central, regional and district offices by following IRC’s
Global Human Resources Operating Policies and Procedures (GHROPP)
that includes raising Global Position Request Forms (GPRFs), sourcing
from Global (IRC Careers)and local (rozee.pk) pools, screening of
applicants, completing reference checks, preparing offers, contracts and
Change in status Memos.
-Regularly maintaining and updating IRC/PRP Human Resources
Information System for all central, regional and district staff including
Regular, Casual, Intern and Consultancy status.
-Regularly maintaining and updating timesheets and leave trackers in HRIS
and keeping hard records with proper filing; sharing the updated
timesheets and leave status report with Senior HR Officer.
-Assisting with all aspects of the administrative process for new hires, staff
changes and staff terminations.
-Assisting in managing staff benefits and compensations.
-Coordination and delivery of orientation to staff along with managing and
updating of orientation folders for National staff.
-Preparing and processing the different payments (intern stipend, advertising
agency payments, insurance premium payment and any other payments).
-Processing insurance registration and medical claims documents, and
processing EOBI retirement schemes with follow up;
-Liaising with staff on insurance claims, completing all the necessary
employer documentation and maintaining a claim database.
-Providing support in plugging of backlog documents into respective files.
-Support in preparation of files for new hires
-Assisting in the preparation of IRC ID Cards
-Keeping record of documents being dispatched to County Office and other
regional offices.
-Ensuring entire confidentiality of staff records and any information.
-Participating in professional training and development activities.
