Currently I am working in Bagasse Fired Power plant( 100 MW)at AL-Moiz Group as a Manager Power Plant.
I have more than 12 years of working experience in power generation organizations. I have the experience and knowledge in gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG boilers, 132/220 KV AIS & GIS switch yards, pumps, compressors, chillers etc. I have worked in different PTW systems.
SAUDI ARAMCO CO-GEN POWER PLANT 920 MW
Organization Location: Saudi Aramco, Abqaiq city near Dammam, KSA
ASHOMCo (Ash Sharqiyah Operations and Maintenance Company) manages the three Greenfield development, Power Plants inside the Saudi Aramco Abqaiq (ABQ), Hawiyah (HGP) and Ras Tanura (RTR) facilities, within the Eastern Province and will provide them with Electrical energy and Steam for their process. Each of the power plants are configured for two GE Gas Turbines & Generators, two single pressure HRSGs with supplementary firing, a 230 KV, HV Switchyard and necessary Auxiliary equipment.
The plants are owned by the Power Cogeneration Plant Company (PCPC), based in Al Khobar in which Saudi Aramco has 50% equity, Marubeni has 25%, JGC has 15% and the Al Jomiah Company has 10%.
Aramco have Gas Turbine which kept in running at Natural Gas. The Saudi Aramco Abqaiq Complex comprises of 2 x 190 MW gas turbine, The GE gas turbine (7FA) is a single shaft, single casing heavy duty gas turbine driving a Hydrogen –cooled generator and auxiliary equipment. Complex comprises of High pressure heat recovery Steam generator boiler (HRSG)

Communication with PCC (Power control center) Dhahran and host Plant.
Attend the daily Production meetings & also other meetings.
Issue the work permit & related safety documents for isolation, LV & HV Authorized.
Prepare the plant availability and demand with coordination of PCC Dhahran.
Take over charge of the plant from his counterpart of outgoing shift.
Supervise the plant during shift hours for safe, efficient and smooth operation of Plant.
Identify abnormal parameters, predict potential faults and report / propose the remedial action.

TNB-LIBERTY POWER PLANT 235MW CCPP
Organization Location: Mirpur Mathalo, Sindh Pakistan
The TNB Liberty Power Plant is Malaysian owed, combined cycle Power Plant having capacity of 235 MW,
with Dual Fuel Option. But mostly kept in running at Natural Gas. The TNB Liberty Power Complex
comprises of 1 x 145MW gas turbine, The Ansaldo Energia Spa gas turbine (Siemens V-94.2) is a single
shaft, single casing heavy duty gas turbine driving an air –cooled synchronous generator and auxiliary
equipment The TNB Liberty Power Complex comprises of one dual pressure heat recovery boiler (HRSG)
and one steam turbine 1 x 80MW.

Installation of steam turbine (Kawasaki Plant system Limited, 60 MW) was done under my supervision and solved all related problems of steam turbine, HRSG condensers and pumps.
All readings related to steam turbine, labyrinth seal, diaphragms and bearings etc was done under my supervision.
Responsible for operation training to staff.
Hydro testing of equipment was done under my supervision.

History of Organization
KAPCO is a US$ 1 billion company with 10% energy shares and was privatized by Government of Pakistan in 1996.International Power of UK and WAPDA are its two main shareholders. KAPCO is the largest private thermal power generation company in Pakistan with 1600 MW nameplate capacity and multi-fueled combined cycle technology. The plant comprises of 10 Gas turbines, 5 steam turbines, Fuel storage, and Fuel water treatment facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES IN KAPCO

Responsible for all mechanical maintenance and overhauling activities of respective Block.
