Responsibilities-
To strengthen field monitoring team at District level (DSU) to enhance their competence in program supervision according to standards in Recording, Analyzing Compiling of the information, interpreting and use of DHIS Data.
Identifying health staff training needs and developing their capacity building activities and follow up for proper implementation.
Conduct field and health facility visits for monitoring activities and filling of monitoring checklists.
Actively participate in community, school health sessions capacity building sessions. And in community support meetings arranged by M.O. / F.M.O. or ME section to increase community engagement for improved overall health related indicators to ensure maternal, new born and child health care services in area.
