Provide company VPN products & services support to customers via tickets, emails, live chats and phone calls.
Write, update and edit technical documentation of company devices such as: User Manuals, protocol references, ’How to’ guides, and release Notes.
Testing and verifying applications functionalities while writing their User Manuals.
Research and document end user problems to determine the root cause.
Interact with customers to provide problem resolution via telephone and remote desktop support for hardware, software and other products.
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as password resets, account creations, software installation etc.
