·        Officially nominated as Project Manager of National Root CA/ PKI Project from NTC/ECAC
·        Project Management, procurement & deployment including formation of PC-1 & RFP for establishment of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/ National Root CA at NTC’s Data Center.
·        Document and update Project Charter/ plan.
·        Creation & implementation of technical blueprints of complete PKI setup and push as required to other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
·        Ensure delivery of Hardware/ software as per requirements
·        Ensure continuous compliance of PKI to compliance programs, maintain a supervision cycle on PKI operations in coordination with Policy Management Authority(PMA).
·        Supervise the execution of the operational ceremonies on the PKI executed by the operations team and ensure implementation of international best practices, communication of risk to senior administration, maintaining policies and supporting procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
·        Use of Project Management Tools/techniques including Software (MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
