 Lookafter the with Holding Tax/Income Tax and Sale input and output Tax.
 Approval of payment related to all operating and non-operating expenses of the group.
 Approval of the payments related to group vendors
 Analyzing the compliance of tax laws related to vendors payments
 Reconciliation and approval of vendors withholding tax payments
 Reconciliation and approval of all Licensee payments
 Reconciliation and approval of all rental payments
 Reconciliation and approval of all foreign and imports payment
 Reconciliation and approval of all cash allocated payments
 Rectification of vendor ledgers (Expense and Company) and licensee ledgers
 Reconciliation and making the last settlement payments to all vendors
 Reconciliation and approval of all payments related to Land, Building, PPE and other
Non-Current Assets
Reconciliation and Approval of all spot expenses held at branch

 Analyzing the completeness of control documentation related spot expenses
Analyzing and investigating the suspects expenses from branch managers
Analyzing the limits of expenses amounts and reporting to Group Directors
