1. Administering individual arts projects/specific areas of activity including maintaining up to date accounting records of all income received and expenditure incurred and reporting as required to Director General and funding bodies.
2. Nation-wide rollout of targeting Survey/ poverty census had been conducted in FATA, Khyber Agency with the collaboration of partner Organization. The achievement that is made was filled 95000 poverty scorecards forms (Design by World Bank) and compiled data of FATA, Khyber Agency had gained.
3. Regular meeting attended with Chair person of BISP, Secretary, Asian Development Bank officials and World Bank officials regarding BISP operations and initiatives.
4. Assisted in the management of payroll, benefit reporting and client billing.
5. Timely preparation of weekly/monthly Progress reports in conjunction with the Divisional and Director General Officer.
6. Monitoring and evaluation of projects and programs with an international development organization UNHCR and UASAID etc.
7. Arranging different awareness program in the community.
8. Controlled and monitored the activities of partner organization like Fincon, SHED, CMDO, NADRA, and ECI etc.
9. Monitoring and evaluating Staff performance like agency coordinator, field supervisor, assistant, accountant, assistant Complaint, peon, driver and watchman etc.
10. Cash grant approx. Rs. 1 billion have been disbursed to 3000 beneficiaries of FATA under the BISP operational manual with transparency and confidence.
11. Under free financial assistance 54,00000/ rupees Pakistani had been distributed among 18 beneficiaries to become economically independent. Furthermore, monitoring and evaluating the businesses of these beneficiaries and give feedback to competent authority.
12. Play a pivotal role and to ensure maximum efficiency in other initiative of BISP like group life insurance, health insurance, case management, Wasilla-e-rozgar, compensation packages to bomb blast victims, a
