Total experience of 5+ years in designing Performance Management Frameworks, Competencies and HR Processes using Best Practices
Experience with doing Job Analysis and Interviewing new recruits
Experience in conducting focus groups as part of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Interacting with Business Users for Requirement Gathering as well as User Training
Project delivery using Agile/Lean including DMAIC methodology, excellent Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skills
