We are working for different brands, majorly working for Forever 21, Cherokee and Wet Seal.
I am taking care their order placements, price negotiation, factory selection, new developments and production in different Factories with my team in Pakistan. We are responsible to maintain supply chain from Pakistan according to requirements and most importantly timely shipment.

Worked for Inditex brands Zara, Lefties, Pull&Bear and Bershka.
For USA brand Forever21 and Teddy for Italy in good volume.
Responsible to look after whole cycle from costing to shipment with my Team.
MY aim to take timely decision and solution provider to make things happen on time according to customer requirements.

RESPOSIBILITIES:
• INTERNATIONAL VISITS TO LEAD BUYING MEETINGS WITH CUSTOMERS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS.
• ALL GARMENT COSTING, NEGOTIATIONS AND COMMUNICATION DIRECTLY WITH CUSTOMERS.
• LEAD MARKETING, MERCHANDISING AND PRODUCTION TEAM.
• LOOK AFTER COMPLETE PRODUCTION CYCLE WITH PRODUCTION MANAGER AND PRODUCTION TEAM.
• HELP TO PLANNING ENGINEER TO MAKE EFFICIENT PRODUCTION PLANING TO ENSURE TIMELY SHIPMENT.
• MAINLY WORKED FOR PRODUCTION OUTPUTS BASED ON SMV (STANDARD MINUTES VALUE) SYSTEM.
• 90% OF STITCHING STAFF WERE SALARY BASED.
• BULK FABRICS NEGOTIATION WITH MILLS FOR PRODUCTION.
• DAILY BASIS APPROVAL I.E WASHING SHADES, TRIMS, BULK LOTS ETC.
• PRICE NEGOTIATIONS WITH SUPPLIERS.
• DENIM AND NON DENIM WASHING EXPERTISE.

REPORTING TO DIRECTOR

Looked after Levis account with my assistant in Merchandising.
Costing and all production follow up with production team.
Closely monitor with procurement team to in house all order relevant material timely for on time shipment.
Reporting to Merchandising Manager.
