Working as Medical Development Trainer, major responsibilities but not limited to :
• Conduct Refresher and On-job training of all MSS franchise.
• Conduct orientation, Induction & technical training for the new staff
• Support in developing and reviewing all technical procedure ,protocols, manual and format time to time and suggest to Medical development team for their improvement
• Co-coordinating with operations / project managers regarding all the issues related to medical aspect of the project
• Working closely with project team to guide and supervise the smooth implementation of technical polices at their project
• Developing team work and motivating project staff for achieving and monitoring quality of service and standardization of correct practice
• Preparing and submitting work plan and monthly reports to MDT leader as per requirement
• Ensuring the availability as a resource person for any technical guidance required by the service provider at the project
• Developing and reviewing all Training procedures, protocols, manual and formats time to time and recommend improvements
• Maintaining different data base related to trainings conducted by the department.
• Analyzing and reporting the collected data in different forms to other departments and head office on monthly n quarterly basis.

• Assigned to supervise Year II BScN Students
• Assess student learning needs and facilitate their learning process.
