WHEN I WAS YOUNG, I voluntarily helped a foreign friend communicate with the local’s in my country by becoming his translator. I was also the kid, who always took lead in planning all the family road-trips. And as a personal initiative, I took on the challenge to design my first employers corporate strategy which resulted with immense returns - (40.2% CAGR, 521% individual ROI and Revenue of USD 100k+).
I knew that these were my strengths and this is exactly the area where I wanted to pursue a career in. It’s been more than 3 year’s to my professional career and I still act as a Translator, a Road-Trip Planner and a Design Thinker.
As a Translator, I run between business, technical & client counterparts, acting as a liaison between them. I work with everyone to understand what they really need and then translate and communicate those needs in a way that it becomes easier for everyone to appreciate!
As a Road-Trip Planner, I help my team plan their trips and the route they need to take; I focus on the destination, jolt down all possible maps and let them know the most optimal way of getting there – within a time-boxed moment.
And as a Design Thinker, I often look at customer experiences, systems and processes with empathy & creativity; to unlock areas of improvement or if something could be done in a much efficient way.
