ASSOCIATE SHIFT INCHARGE:
Leading a team of 6 members in order to monitor and optimize the process and parameters related to Chemical Operations department (Utility) for smooth operations at power plant.
Technical training at Weihai power plant, Weihai, China (4 months).
Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning, Supervision, Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Smooth operation of the following systems:
• Canal Raw water treatment (Clarifiers)
• Demineralized water production system (DLF,ACF, UF, RO, EDI)
• Condensate Polishing system
• NaOCl production system
• Natural Draft cooling towers conditioning
• Domestic, Industrial, Coal, Oil and FGD waste water treatment systems
• Compressed air system
• Hydrogen Production system
• Execution of all important operations and optimized all the parameters of boiler chemistry.
Process development, initiatives and modification for value addition, Utilization and conservation of energy resources
Planning and coordination of routine maintenance and shut down activities
