Identifying and observing competitor activities, promotions and any new articles introduced.
• Extensively Co-ordinate with suppliers for Sourcing, Marketing & Replenishment’s to ensure timely introduction of new assortment, Production follow ups, promotional support to sales team and making effective & efficient allocation to stores respectively.
• Cross functional coordination with various departments like store operations & merchandisers, marketing & sales to ensure targeted sales numbers and Bulk sales drives.
• Preparing annual sales budget for category and analyzing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
• Forecasting & Developing assortment plans by different category to achieve Sales, Inventory Turnover and Gross margin targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Present monthly "Performance Review" to Management with reasoning and recommendations for further action plans.
• Imports planning (Articles selection, Costing, Business case preparation, Ordering , Store wise distribution, Merchandising plans)
• Defining annual strategy and tactics to achieve annual targets assigned in terms of turnover, margin and maintenance of stock levels.
