·         Maintaining Internal companies of 3techno digital. Recording of JV’s, Payments, Receipts, Internal transactions, with ensures accuracy and timeliness.
·         Treasury Management: Managing the funds of the company by balancing payments and receipts with the help of devising the Cash flow projections on bi-weekly basis and giving the presentation to the senior management with financial recommendations to manage it efficiently.

·         Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

·         Ensuring that all transactions are in compliance with company internal routines and local legal requirements such as tax laws.

·         Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

·         Ensure proper submission of withholding tax/ sales tax and deposits for Tax Challans.

·         Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

·         Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

·         Preparing and reviewing the timeline and accuracy of month-end and yearly closing reports.

·         Accounts Receivable & Revenue Function: Recording & analyzing the revenue transactions including: tracking the receipts due, controlling and expediting the receipts from the customers and regular AR reporting to the senior management. Furthermore, coordination with the technical recruiters for boosting up the revenue by devising business strategies is my core responsibility.

·         Accounts Payable & Cost of services Function: Journalizing the cost of services and scheduling the payments to suppliers keeping in view the full track and accurate information about the money owed, due dates, and available discounts. Reporting the supplier performance, supplier quality, and financial (AP) performance to the senior management concludes the AP function.

·         Ensuring, advising & defining to the attention of the Senior Management, the appropriate controls and systems to be in place for the management & monitoring of cash and budgetary amounts.

·         Supervision of periodic reconciliation for bank and inter-company transactions.

·         Submit records of Budgeting, Cash flow’s & Aging reports to management as stipulated.
