Look after all Canteen matters i.e. housekeeping, hygiene, cooking, raw material etc.
Assists Head of Admin in Yearly Budgeting, Costing on various projects i.e. Furniture purchasing, Electrical Appliances, Canteen Crockery/ Utensils.
Make bills of various vendors including Canteen, Fleet, Utility, Telecom/ Internet/ Courier Services, Security, Travelling & Accommodation (Domestic & Intl.) etc.
Makes Travel (Ticketing, Passport/ Visa) & Accommodation arrangements for Domestic staff.
Make MPR on SAP for Edible items, Housekeeping material etc. as per requirement.
Deals in EOBI & SESSI related matters.
Responsible for purchasing of Non-standard items.
Makes proper record of Vendor Agreements and renewals, as desired.
