I am working as Account Executive Billing & Revenue department of Glaxy Broadcasting Network (Pvt) Ltd. I have been involved in Revenue, Billing, Receivables (Aging) and Sales Statics Especially in Channel. JOB DISCRIPTION1 Prepare Invoices Related to Channel.2 Prepare Credit Note and Debit Note.3 Receive payments from Agencies through various methods (cash, Cheques online payments etc.) and deposited in Bank. 4 Update accounting records with payments, balances, receivable and  customer Information etc.5 Managing Bank receipts and vouchers.6 Manage Bank Reconciliation.7 Preparation and verification of agencies reconciliation.8 Adjusted payment in finance and Potato according to agencies.9 Monitoring and managing receivables from customers aging and monitoring the payments Daily Balochistan Time& Daily Zamana.10 Record the sale vouchers of Daily Balochistan and Daily Zamana.11 implementation of ERP Software.12 PBA complaints and follow up.13 Check the data input in the software to ensure accuracy of final bill to agencies
