Responsibilities:
As a “Assistant Manager HR” I directly report to Manager HR.
I perform multiple tasks.
- Payroll (2000+ Employees)
Responsible for continued development and on-going maintenance of employee information, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
- Work on Recruitment and Selection Process.
- Job Analysis – Development of Job Description, Job Specifications.
- Development of Questionnaire, Assessment Test for job applicants.
- Conduct Interview (White and Blue Collar)
- Calculations of Provident fund
- Training & Development (Induction, Refresher) Program for employees.
- Work on Compensation and Benefits.
- Resolve Employees Conflicts including White and Blue Collar.
- Meeting with Manager HR regarding recruitment need.
- Update Organogram to organization.
- Look after whole Organization to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.
- Updated record of employees regarding their attendance, leave adjustment and also updated their resigned record.
- Manage all record regarding Shift changes of employee.

- Responsible to make Monthly Payroll (250+ Employees)
- Calculations of Provident fund
- Assist in Training & Development (Induction, Refresher) Program for employees.
- Work on Compensation and Benefits.
- Resolve Employees Conflicts.
- Updated record of employees regarding their attendance, leave adjustment and also updated their resigned record.
- I learned about conflict management that how issues can be resolve of labour by investigation on their disputes.
