Outward Clearing cheques from customers for collection of funds along with posting temporary credit in the customer’s account and perform reversal of transaction to forward for delivery to NIFT rider for onward processing.
Receiving, jotting & tallying the number & amounts of inward clearing checks from NIFT to post the debits in the customer accounts as per the assigned limit and obtain approvals from Customer Service Manager / Branch Operation Manager for
transaction above the limit.
Prepares weekly & monthly MIS reports for Regional Managers, Principal Office & SBP to report transactions of branch.
Coordinates and ensure reconciliation of entries with other branches within specified timelines, in line with the reconciliation
department guidelines.
Manage general banking functions relating to accounts like issuing cheque book, ATM custodianship, and account
maintenance, customer correspondence to achieve high level of customer satisfaction efficiently and accurately.
