Junior Project Officer
1. Organize and ensure implementation of all IELP program activities within the regions as per directives;
2. Carry out and coordinate with support units of SEF especially Administration and Finance for all project related activities vis-à-vis planning of logistics, preparation of advance requisitions, settlement of SOEs etc;
3. Facilitate the Assistant Director in ensuring the regular and efficient flow of IELP related information
mechanism as update process amongst all project stakeholders including:
a. IELP staff, based in technical units, regional offices and head office
b. Senior management of SEF (MD, Directors)
c. Technical unit heads (R,M&E, LSU, MAP and PSDU)
4. Update project information database and also manual filing system;
5. Coordinate the Officers Regions to maintain and liaison with school stakeholders especially operators and Ensuring that the issues/grievances communicated by them are duly resolved;
6. Retain records of any published information pertaining to the project;
7. Undertake any other assignment/task/responsibility pertaining to the project designated by the SEF's senior management.
