Prepare the drafts which include offer letters, joining reports, appointment letters, employment certificates, experience certificates, no objection certificates, internal circulars, notifications, and other faculty-related documents.
Give orientation to newly hired faculty members, including marking their biometric attendance and university leave rule policy.
Prepare the payroll of faculty, administrative, and janitorial staff on the software of the university.
Prepare all the staff records which are duly important in the inspections conducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), & Pharmacy Council of Pakistan (PCP).
Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, performing background checks, and extending offers of employment.
Manage monthly payrolls and related records; schedule and conduct job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitor and schedule individual pay actions; and recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions.
