I was working as a HR Intern in HUM TV where I was assisting my supervisor in Recruitment,EOBI,Managing Files and Folder of Employees and Updating Offer letters.
Serving as a primary point of direct HR and administrative contact and liaison with other associated
offices, individuals, &employees.
Managing confidential secretarial and administrative support for the principal executive or executives,
which included managing the schedule/calendar, making travel arrangements, screening and handling
telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems
and inquiries as appropriate.
Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the
organization which include inventory management, logistics, security, and related activities.
Manage Operation functions as guided by supervisor
Job Opening handed over from sales department and closing of jobs in spreadsheet
Documenting closed jobs in the folder as soon as they show the closed status
Follow up with the accountant and admin for pending jobs
Follow up for incomplete sheets in the end of every month
Day to Day task related to schedule of deliveries and collection with merchandiser, coordination with sales team for
their work done
Monitoring merchandisers task daily and making schedule of other day with regard to that
Maintaining inquiry record and quotation for incomplete work in the absence of sales staff
Telesales to make the larger no. of clients
Handling customer complaints and inquiries
