Started own business in 2018 but after COVID was difficult to run business and closed superstore last year

• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts inspecting Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Look after & supervise all activities of inward outward of inventory at raw warehouse and spare parts store.
 Responsible of all activities that includes receiving and sale out of scrap material discard from all over the company.
 Coordinate with all work related departments like Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Admin and report to Manager Warehouse.

 Responsible & supervise all activities of dispatches & warehouse inventory
 Responsible for goods retrieval (returns stock) and take necessary action.
 Supervise receiving, stacking of finished goods stock from internal production department and from outside units in warehouse
 Responsible to deal with logistic provider or transporter for dispatch stock all over the Pakistan.
 Keep in touch from ASO, SO & distributors for follow up stock delivery status on locally & domestically.
 For stock accuracy maintain inventory ledger on Ms Excel and also take physical inventory every month.
 Lead, supervise and responsible for worker and subordinates best performance as well as motivation
 To keep in touch all production, quality, accounts and maintenance department for smooth working
 Responsible for report and coordinate to warehouse & logistic Manager

 Responsible for convert process order to purchase requisition after run MRP on weekly basis.
 Responsible for convert purchase requisition to Purchase Order and arrange Packaging Material according to the production requirement.
 To supervise & check all activates of issuance & receiving and ensure stock accuracy.
 For stock accuracy take physical inventory stock twice in a month on random basis.
 Responsible for invoice parking for payment and sent material invoice to accounts depart.
 To keep in touch with all production departments, Quality Control and Maintenance for smooth working
 Receive, investigate and solve to our internal customer complaints and take necessary corrective actions accordingly.
 To ensure the maximum utilization of warehouse space
