Greet visitors and provide information as asked
Provide front desk support to clients and guests
Answer telephone/Cell and respond to clients queries
Manage files, record systems, office supplies and inventory
File records and data on a periodic basis
Assist the HR departments in payroll services by providing attendance information
Manage petty cash documents of office
Manage and operate marketing software etc
