• Responsible for dealing with the domestic/international vendors, price negotiation and rates comparison through different available portals/b2b systems.
• Responsible for answering travel-related customer queries over the phone/email.
• Responsible for dealing with the corporate clients/business partners/agents.
• Responsible for writing reports, business plans and press releases.
• Responsible for producing content for promotional material and displays.
• Responsible for making and selling customized holiday, Umrah, Ziarat and travel packages.
