I started my professional career with United Bank Limited as Phone Banker in September 2008. Being Customer Service Representative I learned a lot and provided customer support to great extent. My dedication to work and strong commitment with my Organization resulted in a promotion as Team Leader/Supervisor. I have worked at different managerial roles with a total experience of more than 8 years in customer services, operations and sales. Currently I have been working as Personal Banking Manager in Meezan Bank Limited where I have to retain bank/branch portfolio and enhance the same by providing much better and competitive services to the customers. I look forward to enhance my career in HR related field where I can apply my knowledge and skills effectively. I personally feel that my present experience would help me to achieve my short term and long term goals in professional life ahead so that would ultimately lead to organization's objective.
